REGISTRATION

Individuals have the option of signing up in-person on May 8 at the Mt. Lebanon Recreation Center OR online, 5/10—5/31, through the MLAC website (www.mlacswimming.com) and will receive a discounted program rate during this time.  The discounted program fees are:

Current Mt. Lebanon Aqua Club (MLAC) Swimmer:

• $75 for Novice, AG1, and AG2
• $40 for Juniors and Seniors

Non-MLAC Swimmer (this would include swimmers who have participated in Blue Groups):

• $130 for Mt. Lebanon residents
• $150 for non-residents

Online registration will continue from 6/1—6/10, however, a $25 will be added to the program fee.

No registration for the Piranhas Swim Team will be accepted after Thursday, June 10.  Every swimmer will receive a team logo t-shirt with registration.

The MLAC Waiver/Release of Liability form must accompany all registration forms as well as a photocopy of the child’s birth certificate (returning team members need not provide a new copy, if on file).

Fifty children per age group (8 & under, 9-10, and 11 & over) will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please consider registering early!

PARENT MEETING & VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES

Each parent is needed to volunteer to make the program successful for your child(ren).  Please sign up for a job on the volunteer sign-up form that will be provided at the Mandatory Parent Meeting on Monday, June 14, at 10:00 am (lasting about 15-20 minutes).
