Enter your LOGIN credentials

1. Enter your EMAIL Address
2. Enter your PASSWORD
3. Click SECURE LOGIN button

If you forgot your password click (I don't know my password). You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset (please check your SPAM/Junk Mail folders if you do not receive within 5 minutes).

This is your MLAC THRIVA account dashboard.

Please familiarize yourself with this layout. From here you can:
1. Make a Payment
2. Edit your Information
3. View your Statement
4. Change Your Password and more.

View Your Statement

Press STATEMENT tab to view your swimmer(s) accounting statement

View STATEMENT

1. Click SHOW DETAIL button to show FULL accounting detail (meet fees, MLAC fees, credits, etc.)

Review your statement. Any questions regarding MEET ENTRIES please email Meet Entry Treasurer CARLA DEVLIN (carla.devlin@verizon.net).
As you can see from the above example, the B Champs SPAC meet has an invalid date. This was an unfortunate by-product of the transferring of meet entries files into the THRIVA system. Meets added after 2010 8/24/2010 are correctly displayed.

NOTE
Credits (e.g. Summer Celebration, Candy Sales, etc. will be shown as ($ -##.##)
Balances showing $0.00 per line item, etc. are PAID IN FULL.

Make a PAYMENT

Choose Payment Option

1. Select appropriate PAY (Electronic Check or Credit Card (Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) button
2. Enter amount to PAY in the designated area
3. Press SUBMIT PAYMENT button

You will receive an email confirmation that payment was made and registered into the database.
