2008 Masters Swim Program

The 2008 MLAC Summer Masters Program will kick-off in June. All participants must be registered full year or seasonal USA Swimming Athletes.

All swimmers must complete the registration and pay all fees prior to swimming. All checks are to be made payable to MLAC. The check and release form must be sent to the following:

Please follow the instructions below to complete your 2008 Master's registration.  Incomplete registrations will be returned, so please ensure that all required forms and payments are included.  Please complete the on-line registration in Steps 1 and 2 below.  If you have any questions or feedback please leave a message on the MLAC Info Line (412) 344-7070.   

1. Click Here to be taken to the MLAC registration form.You will be asked to fill in your information (one form per swimmer), and submit it electronically. There is no need to print this form - just click on SUBMIT after you have completed it.Please verify all information is correct as you cannot return to correct information after it has been submitted. After completing the form, you will be returned to this page where you can finish the registration process. Information will be stored on a secure server and removed as we transfer this information to Team Manager, the Club's primary database. This information will be accessible only to registration personnel. Contact and medical information will be provided to our coaches only.

2. Click Here to download the General Release and Consent form. Print this form, fill in your name, sign, and date these forms. Please note that this form is required for each swimmer.
