What's one thing you want your swimmers to take away from their experience swimming with MLAC?

BACKGROUND
I started swimming at the age of 10 in my hometown of Dansville, NY. I continued swimming through college at the University of Louisville where I competed at two U.S. Olympic Team Trials (2021, 2024) and then at St. Bonaventure University where I received my master’s degree. My favorite events are the 100 IM and all of the breaststrokes.
