UPFRONT NOTES AND REMINDERS

You will be prompted to acknowledge the applicable policies during the registration process.
All athletes must be registered with USA Swimming as an Athlete Member.
This is the responsibility of each family to process on their own, independent of and done outside of MLAC registration. If you are a returning swimmer registered as a 2025 USA Swimming Athlete, you are set... for now. That registration will expire 12/31/25. We will again offer the MLAC Admin Credit for families, which in part incentivizes swimmers to renew their USA Swimming Athlete membership prior to October 31st. For new swimmers, we will reach out to you when the USA Swimming OMR link is readied for the 2026 season (after Labor Day) and you must register within your first two weeks.
For returning folks, please make sure that you update your athlete’s t-shirt size AND update any email addresses on file so that they can be added to appropriate group mailing lists.

All returning swimmers (those who have previously been registered in a competitive group with MLAC) may register at any time but are subject to the full season rate, which encompasses a full season of activities, meets, and practices.

Registration for competitive groups (excluding Developmental) are for the entire competitive year (Sept 2025 through Aug 2026).

Registration billing will occur as follows:

Registered before 9/1: Pay-In-Full will invoice and charge on Sept 1st auto-run; Installments will invoice and charge monthly beginning Sept 1st

Registered 9/1 and after: Pay-In-Full will charge at registration; Installments will invoice and charge monthly, with the first at registration and then each subsequent month on the 1st auto-run
