YOUTH COMPETITIVE
TRAINING GROUPS
Our training groups are intentionally developed to create the best environment for all athletes, blending a combination of comfort, knowledge, and motivation as parameters. Group placement is determined by input from the coaching staff based on observable and tangible prerequisites and skills with final determination by the Head Coach. These placements are made to appropriately challenge the swimmer, promote growth, and tailor training to swimmer's goals and needs.

Group promotions are typically considered at the start of each competitive year, at the mid-point of the short course season, and at the start of the long course season.
