What's one thing you want your swimmers to take away from their experience swimming with MLAC?

"Take everything with perspective, and trust the process."

BACKGROUND

A late entry into the sport, I started swimming at age 11 as part of the Whitehall Waves summer team because my neighbors wanted somebody else in the carpool. I solely was a seasonal swimmer as my high school at the time did not have a team, but that experience hooked me. I started coaching while in college and over the years have become more and more involved in the sport, especially on the dry side of things.

I have been on deck for almost twenty years (!).
