COMPLIANCE POLICY

effective 07.27.25

Mt Lebanon Aqua Club is obligated to comply with various levels of employee and volunteer requirements as a business operating within the state of Pennsylvania, utilizing the facilities of the Mt Lebanon School District and Mt Lebanon Township. It is MLAC’s intent to ensure the best possible environment for our athletes as well as to maintain good standing status in all governing bodies.

Below is a detailed checklist of the various levels of requirements for each respective member of MLAC. These factor in requirements from the aforementioned governing bodies.

Every Family Service Worker must annually complete the MLAC Compliance Acknowledgement Form and the MLAC Volunteer Affirmation. Clearances, when applicable, are to be updated when determined no longer valid by the five-year cycle of validity.
